Working on a self portrait, love to work with a patient model !
What is great is if you aren't sure of a colour you just move nearer
the mirror. I used a daylight softbox so that the lighting was constant.

Figure painting workshop in the south of France 7 - 11 th April

Figure painting workshop near Carcassonne in the south of France. staying in the beautiful domaine de St. Trapel The course is five days Monday 7th to Friday 11th April. We will be working with a live model 6 hours per day. Starting with a demonstration on painting a portrait the first morning. It is limited to 6 people with a lot of one to one attention. It is suitable for those with experience in painting in oils to an intermediate level. The price for 5 days tutoring including model is 350 euros per person. There is a special discounted rate for those who sign up at the beautiful domaine de St Trapel of 500 euros for 7 nights, Breakfast included. Each with their own room and bathroom.
